As you error message says, there is no rom image.

which file do you want to flash?

Usually, you need to extract it, as it comes compressed with rar or zip. It should extract all files necessary to flash.
himaUpgradeUtn_oID.exe is just flashig tool. It needs also some .dll files and ROM image *.nbf

actually, for Himalaya (i forgot already) all you need is the himaUpgradeUt_noID.exe and nk.nbf file.
nk.nbf is the OS ROM image, which you want tot flash.

Put those two files all together into some folder, start himalaya in bootloader mode, connect to PC and run the upgrade utility.

i've got the no_ID upgrade n had my XDA II upgraded but it has a lot of bugs.....
i can no longer use the wireless modem feature esp. the USB connection....the second one is the flight mode is suddenly turn on right after i change the GPRS setting or after disconnecting from wireless modem except the USB conn one....
can anyone help pls??
