I've been looking for a couple of hours in tapres96.dll & tapres.dll, but i did not found what i needed here.:angry:

Sure You can change all the icons like gprs, start menu, bluetooth,
but i did not see a way to set the size of the clock,
neither i found the callers picture in there, anybody more had more luck?

I've also done some digging. I'm using the HTC Universal (I-mate Jasjar) and from what I can see the dialog's are all declared in a file called phcantrc.dll.

I've also done some looking into the tofclock method. If you install one of the skins and then delete the verbbutton reg key for instance it defauls to the standard button image. This leads me to the conclusion that the reg keys are there to override the default buttons. If I knew what the name of the reg key for the video call button was I suspect that I could also override it using the TofClock method.

As to overriding the res I've seen lots of mention in phcantrc.dll of 320x240 sizes, etc so I suspect that what is needed is to resize the dialogues within this file and then change the coordinates for the buttions etc. Probably not as simple as just doubling the X and Y coordinates, but pretty close.

What do you want to change on the buttons?

only we need the key for enabling text in the erase button, so i already noticed that Jasjar uses text in the erase button,

you can do in the registry:
HKLM\security\phone\skin\ DWORD= "enabled" change the value to "0"
than after a soft reset the original skin is back.

Yes can somebody please help me. I downloaded "DialPadSkinTest" and was firstable happy to see the ugly DialPad skin from T-Mobile in my MDA Vario changed to something else. But this only in the vertical position of my diplay not in the horizontal.

Now I removed this program from my mini SD card and hoped to get everything back, but now in the vertical position, the dialpad is totally blank! So I can't dial any number hmy:

What I really want to get everything back in standard. I love the "boring" regular dialpad. The blue keypadwith blue buttons.

I hope there will be someone who can help me to do this.

Second thing is, I try look in my Windows of my mobile, but how to accesmy registry?
